This Is Combined With A Breathable Mesh Textile Lining And A Microfibre Heel Lining For Added Comfort. The Sneakers Come With A Removable Thin Insole Made Of Cork And Breathable Foam To Keep Feet Nice And Fresh. The Shoe Is Still On Their Lovely Barefoot Sole Which Is Zero Drop, Wide, Thin And Flexible. It Is Both Glued And Sewn On For Maximum Durability. Sole Thickness Is 3.5Mm With A 1.5Mm Lug And The 2Mm Removable Insole To Give A Stack Height Of 7Mm.
